Refund and Returns Policy
At Ambel, we are committed to delivering high-quality electronics and accessories to your doorstep. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for electronics products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or malfunctioning product.

You receive a wrong product different from what was ordered.

The issue is reported to our support team within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or technical reasons:

Opened or used software, memory cards, and SIM cards.

Consumable electronics items such as batteries, bulbs, and ear tips (unless defective).

Products damaged due to mishandling, accidental damage, or liquid exposure.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund
To request a return or replacement:

Contact our customer support via email or phone within the specified period.

Provide your order ID, details of the issue, and photos/videos if applicable.

Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.
6. Replacement Policy

If a replacement product is available, it will be delivered at no extra cost.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
7. Important Notes

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Repeated or unjustified return requests may result in suspension of services.

Ambel reserves the right to accept or reject any return, replacement, or refund request at its discretion.
